Currently under design, we are working closely with our clients to enlarge, and re-design the main living area and kitchen of this residence that was built originally in the 1920's in a charming community in San Jose known as the "Rose Garden" neighborhood.  It is our intention to retain and continue the charm and beauty of the details of this existing home.

During the initial on-site investigation, it was evident that a poorly-done addition had been completed to the home at some point in the last 95 years.  We will include repairs along with a more integrated design to update the addition.  The existing home also needs many updates and repairs throughout including, plumbing and wiring upgrades.

We have included some of our initial design concept 3D Model renderings enjoyed by our clients.  As we continue to make progress with this project, we will provide updates.
